Zabeel Stadium hosts activities of “Match Of The Week”

 

The Al Wasl Stadium in Zabeel will host the activities of "Match Of The Week" between Al Wasl and Al Ain due to kick off on Saturday, April 14 at 8:30pm within Round 18 of the Etisalat Pro League. A number of associated events and activities will be organized on the sidelines of the match starting from 6:30pm which might enrich the project of attracting football fans to the stadiums.

Dr. Khalid Mohammed Abdullah Pro League Committee (PLC) Acting Chief Executive Officer assured the importance of applying the initiative of the "Match Of The Week" in one of round 18 strongest matches. He said:" We all worked together to provide all the fans' needs in addition to a number of exciting events, entertainment and activities prior to the game  along with gifts and prizes.

Abdullah Al-Bishr, CEO of Al Wasl Football Company, stressed the importance of choosing Al Wasl v Al Ain encounter as "Match Of The Week", for the two clubs have big fan bases, praising at the same time the ideas adopted by the PLC for the enrichment of the League championship through distinguished campaigns for attracting the largest number of fans.

On the other hand, Carlo Nohra the Chief Executive Officer of Al Ain Club hailed the idea of the "Match Of The Week" which was launched recently by the Professional League Committee (PLC), to attract masses of football fans to various stadiums over all UAE .
