UFL inspection visit to the Emirates Club

A delegation of the UAE Football League (UFL) chaired by Carlo Nohra Chief Executive Officer, visited today Emirates Club to inform them of all developments related to the professional clubs as per the new requirements of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

The delegation included: Ayman Haroon from the UAE Football Association, DuccioTicciati, Ryan Healy from the UFL Sports Operations department.

The delegation was received by Adnan Youssef, Emirates Club Board Member, Marketing committee chairman, Yahya Al Shamsi, the Club CEO and Adel Abdurahman, stadium manager.

Carlo Nohra, the UFL CEO stated that they have informed the Emirates Club about the purpose of the visit, in order to improve the negative points, so as the club can be ready prior to the UFL General Assembly meeting. Nohra added that the UFL's membership application should include several criteria that must be ready on time.

The inspection included the stadium facilities: Players, referees, Medical center, Doping control room, Media and TV areas, security...

A report will be sent to the Club, including all that has been in the inspection visit, so as the club can be ready well in advance of the UFL General Assembly meeting and the AFC inspection team visit" added Nohra.
