The PLC intends to honor Jiu Jitsu Champions

 

The Professional League Committee (PLC) intends to honor at Al Ain v Al Jazira match the UAE Jiu Jitsu champions for their achievement in Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu Jitsu Championship 2012.

The ceremony will include a show presented by the Jiu Jitsu players who will demonstrate  their technical and physical capabilities in this kind of sport, which saw a quality move in spite of its modernity, and also was given great interest by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, His Highness Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Sports Council, His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Presidential Aviation in Abu Dhabi and the efforts of the Wrestling, Judo & Jiu Jitsu Federation chaired by HE Mohammed Bin Thaloub.

 

Dr. Khalid Mohammed Abdullah, the Pro League Committee (PLC) Acting Chief Executive Officer, assured the importance of honoring the JIU JITSU Champions in the UAE, saying that the Committee bears in mind its participation and influence in many of the events taking place in the UAE, through the games organized by the Committee in various tournaments.

Dr. Abdullah said, "The honoring of the Champions will be after the first session of the "Clasico" match, one of the most important league matches of this season, which will be held on Friday, April 27th at 9pm at Tahnoun Bin Mohammed Stadium, in the presence of a big mass of fans. Tomorrow's encounter might put an end to the league title race for the trophy or the competition might continue up to the last weeks of the Etisalat Pro League 2011-2012..
