Al Wahda beat Al Shaab 5-2 to top Reserve League

Al Wahda beat Al Shaab 5-2 in the fifth round match held at Al Nahyan Stadium in Abu Dhabi to top the Etisalat Reserve League with a record of 13 points while the losers’ balance was frozen at 4 points.

On the other hand, Al Dhafra defeated their counterparts Al Wasl 4-2 in the same round at Hamdan bin Zayed Stadium in the Western Region. The hosts raised their tally to 11 points to take second position whereas Al Wasl have collected a single point so far.

In the last game of the fifth week first day, Dubai outclassed their city rivals Al Nasr 2-1 at Maktoum bin Rashid Stadium in Al Shabab Club to stay in third place with 10 points against five points for Al Nasr.
