Etisalat Reserve League first- half season finals part.2
Al Wahda reserve team scored a remarkable 2-1 victory over their Ras Al Khaima rivals Emirates in the encounter that took place on Emirates Club Stadium within Round 11 of the Etisalat Reserve League competition. The Substitute Amer Omar netted Al Wahda’s first goal in the 64th minute and Sultan Al Khaiel in the 86th minute, then it was the very last minute when the hosts scored their single goal through Abdulla Mohamed. With this result Al Wahda raise their tally to 15 points while Emirates remain with 14.
In the second encounter of the first-half season finale Bani Yas tied 1-1 with Sharjah in the match that took place in Abu Dhabi at Bani Yas Club Stadium “Al Shamikha”. The visitors scored first in the 47th minute of the first half through Mohamed Taimour, while Ahmed Ali netted the hosts equalizer in the 89th minute. With 1 point added to their tally Bani Yas rest with 21 points on the standings while Sharjah rise to 13 points.
The first-half season finale saw Al Shabab draw with their local opponents Al Nasr 1-1 in the match held at the former stadium. Al Nasr scored first in the 28th minute through Jamal Ibrahim, sooner Al Shabab netted the Equalizer through Naser Masoud in the 30th minute. Al Shabab rest second in the bottom of the table with 9 points, while Al Nasr add another point to their tally to settle with 18 points by the end of the first-half season of the Etisalat Reserve League competition.
