Al Ain and Al Jazira share the Etisalat Reserve League leadership

 

Al Ain are still sitting on top of the table of the Etisalat Reserve League on goal difference from Al Jazira as each team has nine points, but Al Ain have collected their balance from three wins and they have one match at hand after their game against Al Ahli in the 4th round was postponed. Al Jazira maintained the same balance from 4 games following their 5-4 victory over Al Wasl in one of the best and thrilling match played so far. 

Al Wasl's striker Richard Porta put his side into the lead only 18 minutes from the word go, but Ali Mabkhout leveled the score five minutes later and Sultan Bargash made it 2-1 for Al Jazira in the 29th minute before Tariq Ahmed pulled one back to end the first session with a 2-2 draw. Mohammad Bargash netted the third goal for the home team and the match became more exciting when Porta scored the equalizer to make it 3-3 after four minutes, and once again the substitute, Ahmed Juma'a, who participated in the second half, gave Al Jazira the lead in the 78th minute. Porta was again on target after scoring his third goal for a hat trick to force a 4-4 draw one minute later. At the time the match was heading for a draw, Ahmed Juma'a netted the winner two minutes before the final whistle to end the game with a 5-4 win for Al Jazira.

Bani Yas are staying in the third spot with a balance of 7 points after drawing with Emirates 3-3 in the 4th round at the latters' pitch in Ras Al Khaimah. Khalid Darweesh scored two goals for the home team and his team mate Abdul Aziz Ismail netted the third while Adnan Hussain also scored two goals for Bani Yas and Saleh Hamad netted the 3rd goal. Emirates are taking 4th position with 6 points. Al Wasl and Ajman are in the 5th place with five points each.

Both Al Shabab and Al Nasr have collected four points that classify them in the 7th spot after Al Nasr beat Dubai with a lone goal in the 4th round while Al Shabab did not play against Sharjah as their game was postponed. Al Wahda and Al Ahli are taking 9th place with 3 points each, Sharjah are second from bottom with two points followed by Dubai at the bottom of the table with a single point.  

On the other hand Al Ain's striker Mohammad Nasr is on top of the scorers with 7 goals. Al Ain and Al Jazira's offensive lines are the strongest among all other teams after scoring 11 goals each while Al Ahli, Al Shabab, Al Nasr and Dubai are the weakest as each team scored only two goals. Al Ain, Al Shabab and Emirates have the strongest defense lines after conceding three goals each and Al Wasl's defense was the weakest after conceding 10 goals.

The Reserve League will take a break up to November 26th when the fifth round kicks off with three matches: Al Wasl meet Emirates. Al Jazira face Ajman and Al Ahli play Al Nasr. The round will be completed the following day with Dubai taking on Al Wahda, Bani Yas facing Al Shabab and Sharjah meeting Al Ain. The two postponed matches from the fourth round will be played on December 14th when Al Shabab meet Sharjah and Al Ain play against Al Ahli.
