PLC announces a partnership agreement with Sport 360 Newspaper till the end of the season 2011/2012

The Professional League Committee “PLC” signed a partnership agreement with Sport 360 Newspaper till the end of the season 2011/2012, which makes the latter the Official Sports Newspaper of PLC. The event took place at the headquarters of the UAE Football Association located in Al Khawaneej area in Dubai this afternoon and was attended by Dr. Khalid Mohammad Abdullah, PLC Acting Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Michael Chalhoub, Sport 360 Chief Executive Officer.

This agreement comes with the PLC keen to increase the awareness of the committee’s competitions “Etisalat Pro League - Etisalat Cup - Etisalat Super Cup - Etisalat Reserve League” and to improve the match attendance through the information Sport 360 offers to its readers.

Dr. Khalid Abdullah stressed the importance of such an agreement and thanked everyone who participated in the deal. “I would first like on behalf of PLC Board of Directors to extend my congratulations to Sport 360 for implementing this partnership. A key challenge for PLC is to continue its media growth and to continue increasing people's awareness about football.”

“PLC and Sport 360 agreement will not only promote the PLC competitions locally, but it will also encourage the expatriates to know more about the UAE Football and encourage them to enjoy the match day experience.
