The Committee Board of Directors holds a meeting today in Abu Dhabi

The Professional League Committee (PLC) Board of Directors will have an extraordinary meeting  to be held today, Wednesday,25 April at 6pm at the UAE Football Association headquarters in Abu Dhabi, to discuss the directives of HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Presidential Affairs which he has announced in a statement  to the  Abu Dhabi and Dubai sport channels concerning the number of foreigner players in the  new forthcoming season, along with the game pressure put on the teams who are participating in the AFC Champions League this season. His highness also demanded taking into consideration the participation of the UAE clubs in the continental and international competitions while scheduling the matches' time tables of the local competitions by the Football Association for the interest of the UAE football player and the National Team, as well as the interest of the clubs representing UAE in the Asian Champions League.
