Emirates sign a contract with Lebanese Hassan Maatooq

The Lebanese player Hassan Maatooq has signed a contract yesterday with Emirates Club in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Club, Mohammed Ghobash Vice President of the Club, Engineer Yahya Al Shamsi, CEO of the club and Saif Mohammed Bin Saif manager of the club Senior Football Team. Maatooq had played for Ajman in the last season demonstrating a good technical standard that drew the attention of everyone. The contract was signed following consultations between the Emirates Club management and the team’s coach Lotfi Al Banzarti. The player is expected to form the desired addition during the forthcoming quartet tournament which will be organized to determine the two teams who will join the 12 professional clubs.

It is noteworthy that Maatooq was born in 1987; he netted 8 goals for Ajman during the last season, 6 of which were in the Etisalat pro League and two goals in the Etisalat Cup.
