Vercauteren: I have no right to evaluate Maradona's performance

Al Jazira's Belgium coach Franky Vercauteren assured that his team's preparations were normal due to shortage of time as the squad has conducted only two technical training sessions after the third round match against Bani Yas. He said that there is a big similarity between Al Jazira and Al Wasl as they have players of high quality in different positions and both play for a win.

Vercauteren added," I know much about Al Wasl and I don't have the right to evaluate Maradona's performance, the match is just three points and there is nothing between me and Maradona".

Speaking about Khalid Sabeel's injury, Vercauteren said:" We have not yet decided whether he will participate or not as this depends on the opinion of the team's medical body and in all cases we have Salim Masoud as an alternative and we believe in his good standard". He went on to say about Argentinean player Donda," Donda is a dangerous and important player, but we also have distinguished players in all positions and we are going to choose the appropriate method to reduce the danger of the player". 

Vercauteren confirmed that he will attack when his team possesses the ball, score when there is a chance, telling that the balance between the defense and offense is of great importance.
