Argentine Herrera signs for Emirates in a prominent deal of the week

Argentine Gustavo Herrera, former player of Brazilian Club Botafogo, has signed an official contract with the Emirates Club, in one of the most prominent deals of this week and the biggest in the season of the UAE summer transfer window.  

The player was born in 1983 in Santa city in Argentine, and began his professional career in 2002 in the Argentinean club Rosario Central and then moved to Argentinean Club San Lorenzo at the beginning of the 2004-2005 season. He played afterwards on loan basis to Brazilian Club Gremio and then joined the Spanish club Real Sociedad before returning back to Argentina to play for La Plata team. He moved to Brazilian Club Corinthians in 2008 to play on loan basis and returned again to Gremio. He played in the last season for Brazilian team Botafogo where he scored many goals in various local competitions.

On the other hand Sharjah former player Abdul Aziz Sangoor has signed a contract with Al Ahli in Switzerland, where he is currently joining the mission of the Olympic team.

Al Shabab Club has also signed an official three- season contract with Al Wasl striker Abdullah Abdul Rahman after undergoing successful medical tests. He played for Al Ahli last season on loan basis. It was the second deal for Al Shabab in their preparation for the upcoming season.
