PLC Executive Office Chairman establishes The First Instance Body of The Club Licensing


H.E. Mohammed Thani Murshed Al Romaithi, Chairman of the Pro League Committee (PLC), Chairman of the Executive Office, has issued a decision to establish the First Instance Body of the Club Licensing, which is given the mandate to receive, review and decide on the license applications filled by any UAE football with the Professional League Committee (PLC).

This decision was issued after having reviewing the statute of United Arab Emirates Football Association, the decision No. (34) of 2011 of the Board of Directors of United Arab Emirates Football Association regarding the Executive Regulations of the Pro League Committee (PLC) and the decision No. (5) at the First Meeting of the Executive Office regarding the issuance of UAE Club Licensing Regulations.


The Body is composed of (7) members for a period of four Years: Dr Khalid Mohammad Abdullah, Committee’s Chairman, Abdullah Saqr for  Technical Affairs, Ahmed Al Abri for Legal Affairs, Rami Al Salloum for Marketing Affairs, Mohammad Al  Zain for Financial Affairs, Mohammed Abu Hasna Internal Auditor and Mutassim Mukhaimir as Finance Director.
