Two Etisalat Pro-League matches on Monday night

Two rescheduled matches in the Etisalat Pro-League Competition will be played this Monday, February 14 when Al Ain host Al Nasr at Tahnoon Bin Mohammed Stadium in Qattara at 5:30pm and then Al Wahda take on Al Ahli at Al Nahyan Stadium in Abu Dhabi at 8:15pm. The Al Ain v Al Nasr encounter was brought forward in the match schedule due to Al Ain's participation in the 2011 AFC Champions League qualifying play-off. Al Ain will face Sriwijaya of Indonesia on Saturday, February 19 at the Sriwijaya home ground. The Al Wahda v Al Ahli match was rescheduled from Round 9 of the Etisalat Pro-League due to Al Wahda's participation in the FIFA Club World Cup 2010 in December.

Al Ain go into tomorrow's match with only 11 points and are sitting in the relegation zone second from the bottom of the table after winning only two games since the start of the Pro-League Competition. They beat Dubai (4-3) and Al Nasr (3-0) in their two opening matches of the season, but have since failed to secure a single win in the Etisalat Pro-League for more than 160 days. Their opponents Al Nasr, who were eliminated recently from the President's Cup Competition by Al Jazira, are also hoping to come back to Dubai with three points to better their position on the table. They are currently in 8th position with 16 points after winning in five games, losing six and drawing one.

Al Wahda are currently in the 3rd spot with 18 points, which is the same balance of their opponents Al Ahli who are in 5th place on goal difference. Al Wahda has netted 22 goals and conceded 11 so far this season while Al Ahli has scored and conceded 17 goals. The visitors will play without their two key strikers, Faisal and his brother Ahmad Khalil due to suspension. Faisal was given a red card in his team's match against Al Jazira in the latest stage of the President's Cup played last Thursday at Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain, while Ahmad collected his 3rd yellow card in the same match. Al Wahda may also miss the efforts of key players with their Brazilian player Magrao and Haidar Alo Ali both injured.
