Five matches in Round 13 of the Etisalat Pro-League

Three encounters in Round 13 of the Etisalat Pro-League will be played on Friday night, February 18, followed by two other games scheduled on the following day. One game of this round between Al Ain and Al Nasr was played last Monday after it was moved forward due to the participation of Al Ain in the 2011 AFC Champions League qualifying play-off. Al Ain are to face Sriwijaya of Indonesia next Saturday at the latters' ground at 12:30pm.

AL Shabab and Dubai will play the opening match of this week when they meet at Al Maktoum Bin Rashid Stadium at 5:30pm. The hosts are currently sitting on 8th position with 17 points, 5 ahead of their opponents who are staying on the 9th spot.

Second-placed Bani Yas will travel to the Western Region to battle it out at Hamdan Bin Zayed Stadium against hosts Al Dhafra who are taking 10th place with 12 points in their balance: kick off at 5:30pm. The visitors have collected 25 points so far, 7 behind leaders Al Jazira who will host Sharjah, in the 6th spot with 18 points, in the concluding match of the first day of this week; kick off at 8:15pm.

Two games will be played on Saturday evening with Kalba hosting Al Wahda at 5:25pm and Al Wasl taking on Al Ahli at 8:15pm. Kalba are still staying at the bottom of the ladder with only 4 point which they have collected of a 2-2 draw with Al Ahli in Round 3 and a 4-1 victory over Al Ain. The home team have lost 10 games since the start of the Etisalat Pro-League and that outcome has made their situation quite critical in the relegation zone.   Al Wahda, who slipped to the 5th spot with 18 points after being beaten by Al Ahli 2-1 last Monday in their postponed match played at their ground, will play without two of their strong defenders. Both Hamdan Al Kamali and his colleague Basheir Saeed will miss the game due to suspension and injury respectively.
