Three wins in the Reserve League second round

 

Al Wasl beat Bani Yas 3-2 in the second round match of the Etisalat Reserve League played at Zabeel pitch. Abdullah Abdul Rahman scored the first goal for the home team in the 36th minute, but Sultan Al Ghaferi leveled the score five minutes later to end the first session with a 1-1 draw.

Bani Yas netted their second goal in the beginning of the second half via Talib Salim but Ali Mohammad of Al Wasl pulled one back to bring the game again to the first square in the 76th minute. The hosts refused to come out with one point for Abdullah Abdul Rahman to net his second personal and third goal for his team securing a 3-2 for his side Al Wasl. 

In the second game Emirates defeated Al Ahli 2-0 in Ras Al Khaimah through the substitute Al Hassan Saleh and Khalid Darweesh in the 37th and 63rd minutes respectively. Al Shabab also emerged winners in the concluding match of the second round after beating Dubai with a solitary goal which was netted by Ibrahim Abdullah in the 71st minute.
