Etisalat Reserve League: Round 14 Day One Review

On the first day of the Etisalat Reserve League's rescheduled Round 14 matches, Al Wahda temporarily took top spot in the table with a 2-1 win over Al Wasl, pending today's result between Al Ahli and Al Ain. Al Wahda's win away at the Zabeel Stadium gives them a total of 40 points, whilst Al Wasl are 11th with 17 points.

Ajman achieved a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Al Dhafra at the Hamdan bin Zayed Stadium in the western region of Abu Dhabi, increasing Ajman's tally to 28 points in 8th place, whilst Al Dhafra remained on 35 points in 4th position.

Dubai were on the receiving end of a 5-3 home drubbing at the hands of Dibba Al Fujairah, leaving Dubai bottom of the table with 15 points as Dibba Al Fujairah raised their total to 29 in 6th place.

Concluding the first day of Round 14 Reserve fixtures, Kalba beat Al Shaab 3-1 to go level on 16 points with their opponents and lift themselves off the bottom of the Etisalat Reserve League table.
