Dubai vs. Al Ain
The bottom table vs. the top table encounter to be held in Dubai is a question of to be or not to be for the Al Awir lions who are struggling hard to escape relegation with 7 points in their tally. Motivated by their last week well done draw against Al Shabab, Dubai team believes that to beat the top table this time will definitely give them a great push forward to be at a better position by the end of the season. As for the boss who is keeping the highest balance with 30 points fully recognize that each and every single match counts particularly at this part of the competition, having their tough competitors Al Nasr and Al Jazira close with their eyes on the title makes each point invaluable. The return of Asamoah Gyan puts Al Ain hearts back at ease though it’s not yet confirmed whether the Guinea striker will be participating in the upcoming match or not.

Al Jazira vs. Bani Yas
Bani Yas keeping the 9th place in the table with 13 points in their tally are striving hard to save their side from falling into the relegation trap. Facing the defensive champions and one of the league’s top teams put the blues efforts to the test still counting on their new winter transfers the Spanish Yeste and the French Bouzid alongside the rest of the team to make a difference. The 2011 league champions Al Jazira inspired by their last week massive 5-0 league-win over Sharjah and balanced with 26 points on the standings have the spirit to master their way up to the top anticipating to overcome the 4 points difference from the top table Al Ain and it will do the Abu Dhabi side well if Al Awir lions passed all expectations and earned the 3 points in their encounter against the purples.

Al Wasl vs. Ajman
Al Wasl in a better off position keeping the 5th place with 21 points after their latest respective well done results have to fill in the gap this week with the absence of the their goalkeeper Majed Nasser who’s been sent off and the Olympic team players Mohamed Jamal, Rashid Essa, Soud Saeed and Ahmed Mahmoud. This might be a good chance for the orange to compensate their last week disappointment before Al Nasr that put them 8th on the league standings with 15 points.
