Al Ahli host Al Nasr in the Etisalat Pro League 10th round top match

Bani Yas will travel to the Western Region as a guest to Al Dhafra and they play this encounter at Hamdan bin Zayed at Stadium at 04:50 pm with high spirits after beating Ajman with five straight goals in the ninth round. Bani Yas are endeavoring to return from there with three points to keep their chance alive in chasing leaders Al Ain especially they are sitting in third place, only three points behind, but the game will not be easy for the visitors; especially that Al Dhafra will face them also with high spirits after snatching a valuable point from Al Shaab in the last round when they were two goals down. It was their fifth draw in the previous nine rounds which makes them the top league team in terms of Draws. Al Dhafra achieved two wins since the start of the league championship as well as the five draws which bring their tally to 11 points that classify them in 8th place.
On the other hand Al Ahli and Al Nasr will meet in Dubai derby at Rashid Stadium in the formers’ club at 8:00pm where it is expected to be exciting and strong game. The hosts are in 4th place with 18 points while the visitors are staying as runners up with 20 points. A win for Al Ahli, who beat Al Wahda 6-2 in the last week, will take them to second spot in case that Al Dhafra succeed in hindering Bani Yas. Al Nasr also are looking for Al Shaab to beat Al Ain so as to jump to the top of the standings.
The matches will continue in the following day with four matches where Dibba Al Fujairah face Al Shabab at their home ground at 4:35pm in an important game for both teams. Al Shabab are in 11th place with 8 points and the home team are taking the penultimate position with 4 points. Ajman will play Al Wahda at Rashid bin Saeed Stadium at 4:40pm and both teams are trying to compensate their last losses from Bani Yas and Al Ahli with 5-0 and 6-2 respectively for Al Wahda to step down to 6th place with 17 points while Ajman are 10th with 8 points.
This round will be concluded with two matches at 8pm as Al Ain will host Al Shaab at Tahnoun bin Mohammed Stadium at Qattara and Ittihad Kalba will face Al Wasl at Zabeel Stadium. Al Ain are on top with 22 points and are keen to retain their leadership, Al Shaab are 12th with 7 points, Al Wasl have 10 points in 9th spot while Kalba are at the bottom of the table with only three points.
