Dubai sign with four professional players
Dubai Club has signed one-year renewable contracts with four professional players for the upcoming season. This was disclosed in a press conference held on Wednesday July 13th at the club premises and was attended by Rashid Hassan Hili Executive Director, Haitham Rabie team's administrator along with the four players: Bahraini Fawzi Ayesh former player of the Qatari Club Al Seeliya, Ayman Hanani striker of French team Sedan, Guinean Simon Pierre Fondono former midfielder of Kalba, in addition to renewing the contract with striker Abu Bakr Kamara, who shined with the team in the previous season with his decisive goals that helped the team to avoid relegation and contribute to their stay in the Etisalat Professional League.
Rashid Hassan Hili the executive director of the club confirmed that the signings with the four players were for one season, 2011-2012, subject to renewal according to desire and wish of the two parties. He added "We are keen to provide the team with all facilities and all the elements that help the players to make their march a success in the forthcoming season and demonstrate an honorable and convincing performance that leads to make their dreams come true".
It is known that Dubai's Senior Football Team finished in ninth spot in the Etisalat Pro- League of the last season after collecting 26 points from 8 wins, two draws and 12 defeats. They aspire to achieve a better position by the end of the upcoming season.
