The PLC appoints Dr. Khalid as Chief Executive Officer

 

The Board of Directors of the Pro League Committee (PLC) has decided to appoint Dr. Khalid Mohammed Abdullah as Chief Executive Officer. The decision was taken during the first co-ordination meeting for the companies of the UAE Professional Football Clubs, which was held last week at the UAE Football Association headquarters, where the council members stressed the importance of the role played by Dr. Khalid Abdullah when he was heading the executive management of the committee in the last period.

 

On the other hand, Dr. Khalid Abdullah extended deep thanks and gratitude to the members of the Board of Directors of the Committee.

 

Dr. Khalid Abdullah said: "Our job now is to work more in the participation of 14 professional clubs, and on the basis of the directives of the Board of Directors chaired by HE Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, and the clear-sighted vision of all members of the council to overcome all obstacles and difficulties. It is the duty of all staff in the committee and in various departments to double their efforts and hard work to fully achieve the true meaning of professionalism of football in UAE".
