Dibba Al Fujairah v Al Ahli Pre-Match Press Conferences
Dibba Al Fujairah coach Dr. Abdullah Misfer will salute his players for their efforts in the Etisalat Pro League this season, regardless of the outcome of their Round 24 game. Dibba Al Fujairah’s relegation to the first division will be confirmed if Al Shaab win their match against Al Jazira, even if Dibba manage to win their game, but Misfer is proud of the efforts shown by his players. “No matter what happens, I will take my hat off to my players for their performances during our first season in the Etisalat Pro League. In these last few games we are determined to challenge the bad luck we have faced throughout the season,” the Emirati coach said. “We are facing Al Ahli, who just beat Al Ain to make it to the President’s Cup final, so it will be a very difficult game and we must win and hope that other results go our way as well if we hope to stay in the professional league,” he added.
Quique Flores, coach of Al Ahli, anticipates a tricky trip to the Fujairah Stadium on Tuesday and has warned his players not to be complacent. “Dibba Al Fujairah is not an easy team to face and they have caused problems for many top sides this season. We will not be deceived by their position in the League and we will fight hard to win as we want to secure 2nd place in the table, as well as respect all the League’s competitors,” the Spaniard said at his pre-match press conference.
