Professional teams conclude their local camps before leaving to Europe
Some of the professional football teams have already left to Europe to start their second phase warm up camps after concluding their first local preparations stage in which they concentrated on physical fitness, and some of them played friendly tournaments and their technical bodies got aware of the weak and strong points in their different lines..
The second phase is always characterize by concentrating on the combination of the key players who will take part in the competitions of the season 2012/2013 in addition to increasing the level of physical fitness.
Al Ain, the defending champions, headed to Spain to go into a 15-day camp which will be concluded on September 5 and comes as part of their preparations for the anticipated super cup match against Al Jazira scheduled for September 15. Al Ain are planning to play with strong teams in Spain like Rayo Vallecano and Atletico Madrid, while their rivals Al Jazira, holder of the President’s Cup, are camping in Austria and they are planning to organize a five – day camp in Doha, Qatar, starting from September 1st.
It seems that Al Wahda’s camp is the most momentum in terms of friendly matches they expected to play in Germany, as the mission is composed of the senior and reserve teams’ players, and the camp will be held in the period between August 22 until September 11.
On the other hand Bani Yas will travel to Lisbon in Portugal where they camp in the period between August 22 and September 11 and are planning to play five friendly matches, in which they seek to achieve good results after finishing at the bottom of the table in the international friendly tournament which they organized recently with the participation of Kuwait club of Kuwait, Samouha of Egypt and Dhafar from Sultanate of Oman.
Al Wasl mission have left to Germany which will end on September 7 led by the reputed French coach Bruno Metsu, who looks to contract with an Asian player to substitute the Omani Mohammad Al-Shaibah to complete the expatriate players with Madissn Butch, Egyptian Shikabala and Argentine Mariano Donda.
Al Ahli will leave to Spain to play three friendly games, and will be back home on September 10 to fight in the champions of the next season, noted that the knights have settled on their four foreign players (graffiti, Jimenez m Emana and Yousuf Mohammad), with some changes regarding the locals players.
Al Shabab mission will leave to Germany to set up an external camp, where they will play 4 friendly matches, while both Ajman and Dibba Al Fujairah teams will travel to Turkey to organize their camps there in which the latest will play 4 friendly games, before returning back home to look for other friendly matches.
