Al Gamzi: Al Shabab have fundamentals for success and competing for titles

Sami Al Gamzi chairman of Al Shabab Club Board of Directors assured that they do not blame Al Jazira Club for signing a contract with their former Brazilian coach Bonamigo, but they blame the coach who followed an unfair behavior. He added: "Bonamigo dealt with the club which opened its doors and paved the way for him to shine in an uncivilized way and for this he does not deserve the club's confidence in the future".

Quoting the website of Al Shabab Club, Al Gamzi added:" Al Shabab would have understood the situation of the coach if he had expressed his interest to leave before signing his new contract, because Al Shabab management understands the ambition of the coaches and players and has no any objection to that".

He noted that the abrogation of the contract was in favor of Al Shabab whose fate does not depend on a particular coach, as the club has the fundamentals for success and competing for titles and championships, regardless of the identity of the coach, who will take the stint.

The chairman of the board of Directors disclosed that the club has started negotiations with a number of outstanding coaches of expertise and experience, who are ready to lead Al Shabab team in the next season. He said that Al Shabab have good abilities which can help any technical body to succeed and achieve with them more titles and championships.

He concluded his statement saying that the choice of the appropriate technical body for the team who is capable to achieve the outlined goals will be decided during the next few days after the meeting of the Board of Directors.
