Ajman force Al Nasr to a 1-1 draw

Both Al Nasr and Ajman have added one point each to their balance after they were tied to a 1-1 draw in the Etisalat Pro League 11 round match held this evening at Al Maktoum Stadium. The hosts remain in third position after collecting 22 points, the same balance of Bani Yas but the latters are taking second place on head-to-head match following their 3-1 over Al Nasr in their 7th round clash. Ajman are currently staying in 9th spot with a record of 12 points.

The two teams played a balanced game and demonstrated a convincing technical display especially in the first half which ended in a 1-1 draw. Al Nasr took the lead through Humaid Ahmed in the 32nd minute after a couple of brilliant passes inside the six yard area for Humaid to drive the ball home into the empty net. The visiting team doubled their efforts afterwards insisting to come back into the game and their efforts were rewarded when Saleh Basheir netted the equalizer one minute into the injury time to end the first session with a 1-1 draw.

The two squads tried their best to add more goals off the number of chances they have created through the entire second half , but they failed to score and both seemed as if they were satisfied with the lone point.
