Al Nasr sign Ibrahima Toure from AS Monaco

Al Nasr have completed the signing of Senegalese striker Ibrahima Toure from AS Monaco, replacing the released Italian veteran Giuseppe Mascara at the Al Maktoum Stadium. The 27-year-old will travel to Germany to join up with his new teammates at their pre-season training camp in Munich on Sunday, having passed a medical. Toure, whose youth career began at French side FC Metz, progressed to professionalism in China and Morocco before moving to Iranian sides Persepolis and Sepahan. Toure is no stranger to UAE football having spent the 2011/12 season with Ajman, followed by a year with French side AS Monaco, for whom he racked up 52 appearances and 28 goals in the 2012/13 season.
