By the end of round 8, Al Ain top the Etisalat Pro League table with 20 points after 6 league-wins and zero league-defeat, scoring a new record as the Pro League’s top defenders. On the other hand Al Jazira come second with 16 points after 5 league-wins, one draw and 2 league-defeats before Al Shabab then Al Ain. Yet with 21 netted goals, the 2011 league champions known as the defending champions scored another tally as the league’s top attackers so far.
