Al Ain Mission leaves for Japan

Al Ain Football Mission is due to leave for Japan at 9 am on Saturday, 12 March on a private jet taking off from Al Ain International Airport. Al Ain's Football team will face Japanese side Nagoya Grampus in the second round of the 2011 Asian Champions League, which will be held on Tuesday, March 15 at 2pm, UAE time.

The Mission is headed by Majid Al Owais, Al Ain team manager and it includes Sultan Rashid team's administrator, Mohammad Bin Bodowa, Brazilian coach Alexander Gallo and his assistants, medical staff in addition to 20 players.
It is worth mentioning that the Administration of Al Ain Club has addressed this morning the AFC through the UAE Football Association to check whether the match between Al Ain and Nagoya of Japan will be played on its predetermined date or not after the Earth quake that hit some areas in Japan yesterday. The response of the AFC was quick and clear that the game will kick off on the same date and there is no reason to make any changes, and in light of that Al Ain mission will depart in its prescheduled time.
