Bani Yas host Saudi Alittihad at Al Shamkha Stadium

Bani Yas will face the Saudi visiting team Alittihad in their 2012 AFC Champions League 4th round match which will be played  tomorrow, Tuesday April 17 at Al Shamkha  Stadium in Bani Yas, kick off at 7: 05pm (UAE timing). The host will play this game in full team having all their key players with the exception of Yousuf Jabir who will not take part due to injury. They will meet their Saudi counterpart with all the hope to snatch full points and raise their balance to seven points in the second group standings. The Saud team Alittihad won the first leg match held at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah with a solitary goal off a penalty kick scored by Naef Hazazi in the 77th minute with Bani Yas demonstrating a good technical standard in that game.

The Saudi team are currently leading Group “B” with nine points followed by Bani Yas as runner up with 4 points; Pakhtakor from Uzbekistan are taking third position with four points and Al Arabi of Qatar are classified at the bottom of the table after losing in their  three previous games and are yet to open their account.

The Saudi International player Mohammed Noor, who missed the first leg match due to injury, will be one of his team’s line up probables in tomorrow’s game.

On the other hand, the Saudi mission, headed by Major General Mohammed Bin Dakhil Al Johani president of the club has arrived to UAE before two days in a private flight. It includes Eid Al Johani general supervisor of the team, Mohammed Al Sulaiman manager of the team and Raul Kameda from Spain as technical manager.

It is worth mentioning that South Korean officials will lead the match, while Abdul Ghafoor Abdul-Hamid from   Maldives will be the match commissioner.
